These terms apply to the OfflineBazar app, offlinebazar.com and seller.offlinebazar.com (together, “OfflineBazar”). OfflineBazar is a product of Fourline Studio, West Bengal, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using OfflineBazar you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use OfflineBazar.

1. What OfflineBazar is

OfflineBazar is a discovery platform for local, offline shops. Buyers use it to find nearby shops, products, services and offers, and to contact shops by chat, call, WhatsApp or directions. Shop owners (“sellers”) use it to list their shop and products.

We are not a seller, marketplace or delivery service. We do not sell, stock, price, deliver or guarantee any product or service listed by a shop. Any purchase happens directly between the buyer and the shop, offline or however they agree, and buyers never pay OfflineBazar anything.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (shop owners may also use an email and password). Keep your phone and login safe.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person or business should not create accounts to mislead others.
• You must be at least 13 to use OfflineBazar as a buyer, and at least 18 (and allowed to run the business) to list a shop.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including staff you add to your shop.

3. For buyers

• Shop details, prices, stock, offers and opening hours are provided by the shops. We try to keep them accurate but cannot promise that they are correct or current. Confirm with the shop before you travel or buy.
• Your purchase, payment, warranty, return or complaint about a product is between you and the shop.
• Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. Don't post abusive, false or paid reviews.
• Be respectful in chat and calls. Don't spam, harass or try to cheat shops.

4. For sellers: listing rules

• List only a real shop or business that you own or are authorised to manage, at its real address and map location.
• Products, prices, photos, offers and events must be accurate, lawful and your own (or used with permission).
• Honour the prices and offers you publish, or update them promptly when they change.
• Give a valid GSTIN if you have one; you are responsible for your own taxes, licences and compliance with local laws.
• Reply to buyers politely. Don't use buyers' contact details for spam or share them with others.
• Every shop is reviewed by our team before it becomes visible to buyers. We may ask for proof, edit categories, or decline a listing.

5. Prohibited items and content

You may not list, promote or share:

• illegal goods or services, or anything that needs a licence you don't hold;
• drugs and narcotics, prescription medicines offered without a valid prescription process, tobacco or alcohol where not allowed by law;
• weapons, ammunition, explosives or fireworks sold in breach of the law;
• counterfeit, stolen or pirated goods, or anything that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright;
• adult or sexual content, gambling, betting or lottery services;
• wildlife products, human organs, or any item banned under Indian law;
• false, misleading, hateful, abusive or defamatory content, malware, or another person's personal data.

We may remove such content, block the shop and, where required, report it to the authorities.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the text, photos, voice notes and other content you upload. You give Fourline Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, resize and share that content on OfflineBazar (including shop websites, search results, maps and promotion of your shop) for as long as it is on the service. You confirm you have the right to upload it. The OfflineBazar name, logo, app, website and software belong to Fourline Studio; don't copy, scrape or resell them.

7. Seller plans and boosts

• Listing a shop and adding products is free. A shop becomes visible to buyers only while it has an active seller plan and has been approved by our team. Current prices are on the Seller plans page; all prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
• Plans are digital subscriptions paid in advance through PayU on seller.offlinebazar.com. When you start a plan with UPI or a card, you can set up autopay: the plan then renews automatically at the regular price (monthly ₹99 or yearly ₹999; after the 3 early bird months, the monthly price), and your bank or UPI app tells you before each debit. You can turn autopay off at any time in the seller panel, the app, your UPI app or your bank. Turning it off stops future debits; the period you have already paid for keeps running. If autopay is off, nothing is charged again unless you pay again.
• Boosts are paid sponsored placement for a fixed number of days. Every boost is reviewed by our team; a boost we reject is refunded in full.
• A GST invoice is issued for every payment and is available in the seller panel.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation policy and delivery of plans by our Shipping & Delivery policy.
• We may change prices or plan features for future periods. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

8. Suspension and termination

We may hide a listing, remove content, or suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if we receive credible complaints of fraud or misuse, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem. If a shop is closed for a serious breach of these terms, unused plan time is not refunded. You can stop using OfflineBazar at any time and ask us to delete your account.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

OfflineBazar is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that it will always be available or error free, or that a shop, product, price or offer listed on it is accurate, available or of good quality. We are not responsible for dealings between buyers and shops, or for any loss arising from them.

To the extent the law allows, Fourline Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or business, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (for buyers, who pay nothing, this is nil). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law, or your content infringes someone's rights, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs Fourline Studio faces as a result.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as OfflineBazar grows. We will change the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use OfflineBazar after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If it can't be resolved, the courts in West Bengal, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
